• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
Preferred:
• Experience in the healthcare sector or a similar regulated industry.
• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
• Familiarity with eCommerce operations is a plus.
