• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Preferred:
• Experience in a chiropractic or medical office environment.
• Knowledge of billing software and insurance processes.
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours.
